Who we are

A consultancy where evidence meets compassion.

Mindset Plus is a Philippine mental-health and capacity-building consultancy — designing and delivering evidence-based programs, training, and consulting for the institutions that shape communities.

Our story, mission, and people

01 — Origin

Founded at the intersection of disciplines

Mindset Plus was founded by two professionals whose work spans psychology, education, public health, strategic behavior change, and development. That range is deliberate: mental-health resilience is never a single-discipline problem, so our solutions are never single-discipline answers.

02 — Mission

Strengthening resilience, by design

Our mission is to strengthen mental-health resilience by designing and delivering evidence-based, customized, culturally sensitive, strategically integrated, and client-centered consultancy services. We hold a simple conviction: mental health is not a luxury — it is a foundation for learning, resilience, and human dignity.

03 — Vision

Resilience as a shared strength

We envision a world where mental-health resilience is a shared strength — empowering individuals, families, and communities to thrive. That vision points outward, toward the schools, agencies, and organizations best placed to carry it forward.
